Kenny Castro - Bass/Vocals

Kenny is originally from the Oak Cliff neighborhood in Dallas, TX. Kenny became interested in the bass after hearing a neighbor's band practicing in their garage. Kenny then started "borrowing" the bass gear from the school's jazz band after school. After high school, Kenny wanted 'more' from the bass and decided to travel to L.A. to the Bass Institute of Technology, well, he didn't quite make it! Kenny wound up in the Denver area after running out of bus fare and decided to stay. Since that humble beginning Kenny has worked with such noted Regional acts Opie Gone Bad, Liza Oxnard, and Mary Louise Lee. In addition, Kenny has performed and /or shared the stage with these Nationally and Internationally recognized artists, The Rock Steady Posse, The Sally Taylor Band, T-Bone Wolk (Hall & Oates, Saturday Night Live), Los Lobos, Carly Simon and James Taylor to name a few. The key is to be intuitive says Castro. You have to read the members of the band find their emotional center for that day and consistently work to make the music sound and feel good, that's what it's all about. Oh yeah, that neighbor Kenny heard rehearsing, turned out to be Stevie Ray Vaughn.

Ramoan - Guitar, Backup Vocals

I began learning to play guitar as a boy, performing in local Denver church's, then became good enough to play in the bars and nightclubs. I later moved to Pasadena California playing in the band, "Legend", that was the opening act for Tower of Power.

I also played in Vegas with the group Ozone, and in LA, at the Black Radio Exclusive Convention Showcase, with Natalie Cole, Micheal Wycoff, and many other acts. I'm still actively playing in church, and in studio sessions for numerous artists including my daughter Brittany Williams, playing guitar on her CD. "I just love playing guitar, singing, and spreading joy to the hearts and lives of
others".
